Your first appointment is a no-charge "get acquainted" visit called a New Exam. You will be asked to complete forms and meet with our treatment coordinator, who will probably take a digital X-ray and some digital camera pictures. You will then meet Dr. Montgomery, for an intraoral exam and initial diagnosis. Dr. Montgomery and our treatment coordinator will discuss treatment options with you. Your downloadable Patient Information Form is available to fill out and bring to your first visit. Patient Information Forms are also available at the office.
